Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be pleased with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges if we are contacted within 14 days of delivery and the item is shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery.
In the event the purchased item is received damaged, please contact us with a photo of the item's condition. We will work with you for a satisfactory resolution.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please reuse the packing materials to prevent breakage on the return trip. The refund or exchange will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of the item.
We accept cancellations for standard items if caught prior to being shipped.

Custom or personalized orders will not be accepted for Return or Exchange, however, in case of any issue, we request you contact us.
We provide Free Shipping to any US location. International sales will be charged standard postage rates as well as any custom duties, fees, taxes, or any additional charges.
For In-Stock items, including anything currently in our store, we ship on the next available business day (usually within 24 hours) through USPS using "Priority Mail".
Expedited Shipping is available for the amount of the Expedited USPS charges and will be added to the order.
Arrival times will depend on the USPS and will be able to be tracked with the USPS Tracking Code that will be sent to you within 24 hours of shipping.
Custom orders usually take 3-4 weeks to produce and will be shipped as soon as complete and payment has been received.
Local delivery or pick up is available for anyone within 50 miles of Sabillasville, Maryland.
